We are at the 2000' level and therefore grow only cool season grasses. We offer two types of grasses... Fescue/bluegrass blend - This is ideal for homeowners, commercial sites and businesses. The seed blend is 90% fescue with 10% bluegrass. We use Jonathon Green "Gold Tag" sod quality seed. Our current blend is Black Beauty. The seed blend is 29.8% Black Magic, 29.65% Endeavour, 29.65% Onyx are the fescue mixes with 4.96% Absolute and 4.92% Deepblue, both being the bluegrasses. 100% bluegrass blend - This is ideal for local golf courses. Our current bluegrass is Southern Blue. It is sold by Vandemark Farms and us only. We are so pleased with this new bluegrass. This bluegrass is heat tolerant, disease resistant, can be planted in the mountains or on the coast, it has spendid texture and rich color. Cool season grasses stay green most of the year, even after the first frost, unlike warm season grasses that become dormant and turn brown.
